Suggested Usage

Take on an empty stomach in the morning; 1 sachet per day; if you want to accelerate the effect, you can take twice the amount, that is, 2 sachets per day for the first 10 days.

For Kids

Mix with water and drink. Make sure the water temperature is below 40 degrees Celsius.

For Adults & Elders

Open the package and slowly pour the powder into your mouth; or mix it with warm or cold water or milk, stir gently and drink. Do not mix it with hot water above 40 degrees Celsius.

For Infants

Suitable for infants aged 3 months old, add 1 sachet of probiotic powder to 150ml warm water / warm milk (below 40 degrees Celsius), mix and drink directly.
